Who is eligible to participate in the Briggs & Riley program?
All sales associates at participating stores are eligible for SPIFe. Please contact your store owner/manager to check your store's eligibility.
What information will I need to sign up?
If you are a new participant, you will need your social security number for tax purposes, your store account number and your banking information for direct deposit payments. Click HERE to register now.

Where do I get my account number?
You can get your store's account number from your Briggs & Riley Account Executive, Customer Service Representative, or your store’s buyer.
Will my information be secure?
Yes! The SPIFe site is built on a secure server. All information is confidential and secure.
What do I do if I lose my SPIFe username or password?
Use the "Forgot Username/Password" link on the homepage. The SPIFe system will email your username and password to you.
How do I locate the style number of a bag in order to claim my spiff?
Briggs & Riley style numbers can be found in several places:
  • On the Product Hangtag
  • On the product box
  • On the inside of each product on either the silver ID plate or fabric hangtag
  • Consumer Catalogs
  • Briggs & Riley website
  • What if I don’t have the style number and the customer has already left the store?
    If a customer has already left your store you can still recall a style number by looking at your sales transaction info and looking through the Briggs & Riley Consumer Brochure to find the Style # of the bag you sold.
    When should I submit my spiffs?
    To ensure quick and accurate processing, spiffs should be entered in a timely fashion, preferably within 30 days of the retail transaction date. We will not honor any spiffs entered in more than 90 days after the retail transaction date.
    How much can I earn?
    Your spiff rewards are based on your Briggs & Riley sales transactions. There is no limit to the amount of spiff dollars you can earn!
    What is the minimum monthly payment?
    If your monthly spiff total does not amount to $30, your spiffs will be carried over into the next month's payment period, and will accumulate until they reach at least a $30 total.
    When will I receive my payment?
    Spifes are downloaded and paid once a month. Here is the schedule:
    Download of spifes takes place on the 1st of the following month and payment is issued approximately 2 weeks later.

    For Example:
    January Spifes: Jan 1-31
    Downloaded Feb 1st
    Payment issued approximately Feb 15
    Can I claim a spiff for a returned item?
    No, a bag can only be entered for a spiff once (for the original transaction). Once a bag is entered into the Spife system and is “processed” (indicated by a checkmark next to the entry on the “reports” tab), it cannot be changed or deleted. Please remove your spife entry by selecting the trash can icon.
    What do I do if I leave the store?
    If you leave a store to work at a different Briggs & Rewards participating store, you must change your store information in the system.
